Returns Policy


You must submit the return request within 60 days of your package being delivered. No returns made after 60 days from the date of receiving the item(s) will be accepted. Meanwhile, we will process all returns and refunds in 3 business days once we receive the return item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (cannot be removed), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

However, be sure to update tracking number & logistics carrier in Returns Center or provide us via email as soon as you ship your return.

If it is the case that you don’t want the item you bought or you choose the wrong item, you’ll be responsible for the shipping fee occurred. So please double check the product information, especially the size chart before purchase. We really appreciate your patience.

Please note that we will not refund the shipping costs and/or any duties and taxes incurred, except for the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you, the package lost or damaged, etc.
