Refund and Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How to Start a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact us at service@virtualady.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and resolve it for you.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as FINAL SALE, CLEARANCE, or PROMOTIONAL cannot be returned.
  • Items discounted by more than 30% are considered FINAL SALE and are non-returnable.

Partial Refunds:

In some situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items with clear signs of use.
  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

30-Day Refund Policy:

You can request a full refund for undamaged products within 30 days of the delivery date. Once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund process will begin.

Refund Process:

  1. Contact service@virtualady.com to request a refund.
  2. Our team will respond within one business day with further instructions.
  3. Return the product as instructed.
  4. Once we receive the item, a refund will be processed within 3 business days.

Important Notes:

  • Returns must include all original accessories and packaging.
  • For non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the product does not meet these requirements, the return request may be denied.

Return requests under the 30-day return policy expire 30 days after the claim is made. For non-quality-related issues with expired warranties, returns will not be processed.
